Analyze this

I had two of the strangest dreams last night. The first one undoubtedly was much longer but the part I remember had me swimming around like a fish in my shorts in a very blue swimming pool while my sister and Kevin sat on the edge of the pool with their feet in watching me. The weird part was that I remember not needing to come up for air and that my cell phone and my camera was in the pockets of my shorts. When I finally came up for air my sister told me what a nice life she thought we had…

The second one started with me in an operating room with about 6 other people unfolding and inflating an alien that had been deflated and folded in the 50s. I remember ducking out of the room thinking this could be bad and when I came back the alien was attacking the people in the room. At that point a ran to the mall (yes – there was a mall) to warn people the alien was coming and then on to the baseball stadium. People were running panicked when the alien showed up until he picked up two twin girls and threw them like base balls. At that point the crowd got mad and chased him down and took turns punching him in the gut. And the alien was green and brown! 😉

I told you.. Fuckin wierd.. don’t ask me… Just had to share! 🙂

Christmas things to do in SF

In my ongoing list of little things to do in San Francisco I’d recommend hitting the Hyatt on Market Street for dinner at Equinox. The food is actually reasonably marginal (expensive hotel food including things like prime rib) however it is actually really nice to have dinner in their rotating restaurant and have a view that switches between the bay and the buildings and lights of downtown. Kevin and I had dinner there the other night after his art opening and it was a REALLY nice time.. Sun had set and we watched the fog roll in as we looked out on the bay, ice skating at Justin Herman Plaza, and watched the lights of the buildings downtown.. Really nice…

However my FAVORITE part of the evening was standing in the atrium of the lobby and looking that the long strands of lights hanging probably 10 floors from the ceiling… SO DAMN COOl.. And you HAVE TO TRY THIS: Stand right under the lights so they’re all around you and then spin around. The people all around thought I was INSANE but it was SO COOL. 🙂

Have fun!: )
