I had two of the strangest dreams last night. The first one undoubtedly was much longer but the part I remember had me swimming around like a fish in my shorts in a very blue swimming pool while my sister and Kevin sat on the edge of the pool with their feet in watching me. The weird part was that I remember not needing to come up for air and that my cell phone and my camera was in the pockets of my shorts. When I finally came up for air my sister told me what a nice life she thought we had…

The second one started with me in an operating room with about 6 other people unfolding and inflating an alien that had been deflated and folded in the 50s. I remember ducking out of the room thinking this could be bad and when I came back the alien was attacking the people in the room. At that point a ran to the mall (yes – there was a mall) to warn people the alien was coming and then on to the baseball stadium. People were running panicked when the alien showed up until he picked up two twin girls and threw them like base balls. At that point the crowd got mad and chased him down and took turns punching him in the gut. And the alien was green and brown! 😉

I told you.. Fuckin wierd.. don’t ask me… Just had to share! 🙂

Weekend trips

Guess I didn’t mention it – Kevin and I decided to fly away to Philadelphia for Labor Day weekend. Why you might ask – damn fine question. Because neither of us had ever been and we both needed to escape from life for a few days. Gotta say though. Given the chance again, we’d probably skip. Town was interesting for a day or two but thats about it. We got bored enough that we drove out to some town called Intercourse (I kid you not) to see Amish people in their buggies (and the countryside which was beautiful). Probable were inspired by Amish in the City.

Anyway – was nice to get away for the weekend but can’t say as I can recommend Philly but who knows. Maybe we just needed a good guide! 😉

SO DAMN CUTE

So I got to see and hold Audrey for the first time last night when Matt and Brian brought her home from Riverside.. She is SO FUCKING CUTE I can barely stand it. Granted she didn’t do anything but sleep (as much as Grandma Michelle tried to get her to wake up) but that was fine.. Still too cute..

CONGRATULATIONS…

Congratulations to Matt and Brian… They’ve spent a LONG time waiting and now Audrey’s here… I’m SO EXCITED!!! :):)

Grease and TV

Note to self… Greasy pizza for dinner in conjunction with a really disturbing episode of Six Feet Under doesn’t lend itself to a good night’s sleep. We decided to have a lazy night so we orderred some North Beach Pizza and watched 6 Feet Under. Unfortunately the show last night was REALLY DISTURBING and the pizza was good but greasy… Do the math… I slept like CRAP last night… That’ll teach me… Turn off the TV if its messed up and don’t eat things that I know better… A salad and happy TV would have suited me much better! 😉

Is it friday yet?

Oh yea.. it is.. but is it 5 yet?… MAN I want a cocktail right about now… Is it bad to have a noon cocktail and still come back to work?
